The video begins by renaming the workspace, adding a description, and viewing the server location for the workspace data and the URL. Once changes are made, users are instructed to log out and log back into the workspace to view those changes. To do so, expand the components folder, and select a folder within it. Next, right click and select properties. In the properties dialog box, select the share link, and alter the permissions for users via the drop down option. To add a role, type it in. Any permissions set for a folder will also apply to the children's folders within that top folder. To begin, navigate to the Admin Section, and then Bulk and Data Cleanup under Settings, to delete the data. However, it is worth noting that this operation cannot be undone, it may take a while to complete, and will create a workspace snapshot prior to removing the items. Users are able to select specific items for deletion or delete all of the items, once the projects and components are removed. In order to batch delete items, a confirmation is also required. 阅读文章
